Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) supervised by Meredith Ivey, LPC-S, offering virtual counseling to clients throughout Texas. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, or the impacts of trauma. During my graduate internship, I specialized in working with survivors of domestic and family violence. That experience continues to inform my trauma-sensitive, client-centered approach. I believe in meeting you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care to help you find healing, build resilience, and move toward the life you want.
